When is the next shop update?

You can always find out what projects are in the works on Instagram. If an update has been announced, the date will be in the bio. Follow Clover Patch here

Where do you buy your beads?

All over the place! Clover Patch prioritizes sourcing vintage and secondhand materials first. So, my beads come from local thrift shops, Etsy and Ebay, family and friends, craft stores, etc. Basically anywhere I can find something that makes my heart jump with excitement.

Do you offer any discounts?

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends! Once you checkout, you'll be able to see an estimated delivery range. Rushed shipping options are available too if you need your jewelry in a hurry.

Please note that made to order items have added an processing time of 5-10 business days.

Where are you located?

All Clover Patch orders are handmade in and shipped from Massachusetts.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Just add your items to the cart and select your shipping speed at checkout. Apologies if shipping to your country is not currently available.

Why choose carbon neutral shipping?

Keeping Clover Patch eco-friendly is important to me. All deliveries are sent with Sendle, a company that uses offsetting practices to provide carbon neutral shipping. Learn more here

Can I request a refund?

All purchases are final. There are no refunds, however in the event of a mess-up (I'm human too!), please send an email to rachel@cloverpatchjewelry.com with your concerns.

Commissions

What are commissions?

This is how you can get your very own custom Clover Patch pieces.

How does this work?

I think of a custom request as a collaboration between the both of us. You provide your ideas and inspiration, and then I have the pleasure of making your dreams come true!
Please submit a commissions form (available when slots open) and $25 or 30% deposit in order to secure your spot. The deposit will be deduced from your final total. The entire process will typically take 6-10 weeks, from application to arrival on your doorstep.*
*International shipping often takes an added 1-3 weeks
